| We offer indoor as well as secure outdoor storage year round. We are able to accommodate large boats and recreational vehicles in our ample outdoor storage area.

| We have 160 open slips able to handle sail and powerboat 30' LOA and 4' draft. Our cruise dock has 30 AMP shore power at all slips, while most other slips have 15 AMP service. There is pressurized non-potable water available on most slips. Drinking water may be purchased at our store. Please inquire about the availability and services provided at our transient slips.

Cooks Bay Marina has the first launch ramp north of Toronto on Lake Simcoe. We are able to accommodate trailered boats up to 34'. Our ramp and parking lot is open early for fishermen who want to get on the lake quickly, and we are able to accommodate tournaments. Our daily and season pass customers are provided with complimentary parking in our gated private lot. |
